Madero Expands with New State-of-the-Art Facility

Madero is pleased to announce a major milestone in our continued growth: the transition to a new, state-of-the-art facility designed to support the next phase of our expansion across Western Canada.

This move represents a meaningful investment in capacity, infrastructure, and scalability. As demand for our products and services continues to grow, our operations must evolve alongside it. The new facility provides the foundation to do exactly that, allowing us to operate at a higher level, with greater precision, accuracy, and responsiveness across all areas of the business.

Spanning over 118,000 square feet on five acres, the new site significantly expands both our manufacturing footprint and warehouse capacity. This increased space enables higher production volumes, more streamlined workflows, and the ability to support broader and more complex product programs. The layout has been purposefully designed to improve efficiency across all stages of operations, from fabrication through to fulfillment, while also enhancing coordination between departments and reducing overall lead times.

Equally important is the facility’s strategic location, offering improved access to major transportation corridors. This enhances our distribution capabilities and strengthens our ability to reliably serve partners and projects across the region with greater speed, consistency, and flexibility.

This investment is not simply about growth in size; it reflects a deliberate step forward in how we operate. With increased flexibility, modernized infrastructure, and room to scale, we are better positioned to meet the evolving needs of our customers and industry, while continuing to uphold the high standards of quality and service our partners expect.

The facility has been fully operational since April 10th, marking a smooth and successful transition into this new phase of our operations. Moving forward, all pickups, deliveries, and site visits will take place at our new address: 8770 – 24th Street, Edmonton, Alberta. We encourage all partners and visitors to update their records accordingly to ensure seamless coordination.
