1 Panel Shaker Smooth - Hollow Core Single Prehung Interior Door
The shaker door is a timeless option featuring stile and rail inspired designs for all residential interior applications. A prehung assembled unit includes an 1-3/8" hollow core door slab, primed pine door frame with 3 ball bearing hinges. Choose between a double rabbetted flat jamb, or a flat jamb with bullnose stop.

• The ball bearing hinge options include six finishes.
• Primed, smooth surface is ready for paint.
• Single bored for your choice of lockset (sold separately).
• Specify right hand or left hand.

The 1 panel shaker door is a timeless option featuring stile and rail inspired designs for all residential interior applications. Solid core slabs in 1-3/4" are intended for interior use in commercial settings, or residential entryways.

• Available with 20 minute fire label.
• Primed, smooth surface is ready for paint.
• Factory prepped option available for most door hardware.
• Full sized doors are available as Special Order only.
• Specify right hand or left hand.
• The Madero Core program includes undersize doors. Compatible with wood jambs, expandable jambs, or hollow metal welded and drywall frames.

Madero, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace warranted door or refund the original purchase price. The maximum liability is limited to the amount of the original purchase price and will not cover the costs of labor, installation or finishing for any replacement door. The manufacturer will not be liable for any door(s) repaired or replaced without prior written consent.
