One Door Active | One Door Fixed

One door is fixed while the other opens as an active door. Fixed doors create the illusion of a full lite sidelite, allowing additional sunlight in to fill your room and provide a full view of the outdoors. Select your configuration; inswing or outswing, left or right handed. Additional fixed panels can be added, to a maximum of four.

Steel:

• Steel Doors are sturdy 1-3/4” 24 gauge, CFC-free polyurethane foam core, N600 Polytex finish in warm white.

• Durable smooth finish allows for easy painting inside and out.

• Steel slab door skin interlock with the stile, providing additional support to reduce delimitation and stretching.

• 16” wood lock block provides strength and security while accommodating double bore lockset/deadbolt.

• 10-year limited warranty.

Fiberglass:

• Smooth White Fiberglass doors are sturdy 1-3/4" full composite edged CFC-free, polyurethane foam core, in warm white.
• Durable smooth finish allows for easy painting inside and out.
• Woodgrain fiberglass doors are supplied with factory almond finish, requiring paint or stain to achieve a realistic, rich appearance.
• Fiberglass skins are resistant to dents, dings, splintering and corrosion.
• The rigid structure of our fiberglass doors prevent bowing and warping in extreme temperatures.
• The full length steel reinforced wood lock block offers a high level of security, while allowing a range of hardware mounting options.
• Waterproof composite stiles and rails are sealed and finished to protect all edges of the door from moisture penetration, which can harm the inner insulation and cause rotting.
• Filled with an insulating core of 100% CFC free polyurethane foam, providing an excellent R rating, while bonding the two door skins together for additional strength.

Flush Doors with Insert:
The 24 gauge steel, and the fiberglass slab is cut out in manufacturing to accept the Evolve® insert with glass. The high performance Evolve® frame material provides superior rigidity and eliminates bothersome squeeze-out through the use of a compression foam tape seal. This latest innovation reduces scalloping, corner flare, and warping. The Evolve® HP frame does not require finishing, but can be painted to match your door colour.

Fiberglass Neulite Flush Glazed:

Neulite fiberglass doors are designed to incorporate glass directly into the slab providing sleek lines to give the perception of a more enhanced viewing area. The white or woodgrain fiberglass slab is consistent from door edge to glass. The slab is manufactured as a one piece open and beaded mould with glass installed during the assembly process.

• Neulite Fiberglass doors are sturdy 1-3/4" full composite edged CFC-free, polyurethane foam core, in warm white.
